Chris Magee recently presented a webinar for members of the Brevard County Bar Association, entitled “Making the Most of Your Zoom Mediation.” Over a lunch hour, Chris explained the different types of on-line platforms that exist as well as some of the ease-of-use, security and confidentiality issues that advocates and neutrals should consider when conducting ADR proceedings on-line.
Also addressed were the different obstacles that on-line mediations present as compared to in-person conferences, and how Best Practices for these proceedings are developing and evolving.
